This new second level is slightly more advanced than the first and follows
the same lively and interesting series.

Now, in addition to the 42 letter sounds used in the first level, y is used for the /ee/ sound at the end of words like funny. As before, light type is used as a guide for those few letters that should not be sounded out, such as the b in lamb, but not the tricky words, which should already be familiar.
